About Team
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting key recruiting activities within our Finance Management Associate Program.
Job Description
- Provide support of key recruiting activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, planning logistics, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Manage high-potential candidates across the recruitment funnel, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience
- Ensure the consistent updating of candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system, utilizing tags and filters for better organization.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide assistance with various recruitment-related tasks and/or projects as needed.
Requirements
- Commit for minimally 6 months of full-time internship from Jun 2026 onwards
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
