The People Operations team uses data-driven insights to manage organisational change and enhance the employee experience. We focus on building a growth-oriented workplace by developing solutions that support leadership, partnership, and new ideas across Grab.

Get to Know the Role

As an HR Engagement Intern, you will help build our internal culture and managing the end-to-end experience for our community.

This is a full-time internship from August to December 2026, and you will be fully onsite at Grab One North.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will coordinate the planning and execution of employee culture activities, focusing on wellness, inclusivity, and professional development programmes.
  • You will write and design editorial content for internal communication channels, including email announcements and intranet updates, to guide employee awareness.
  • You will evaluate engagement metrics and use data to assess the effectiveness of internal programmes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • You will manage the end-to-end intern lifecycle in Singapore, supporting tasks from initial hiring and onboarding to engagement activities throughout the internship.
  • You will collaborate with team partners to identify new ways to refine HR processes and enhance the workplace experience.

Qualifications


What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You are a current Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • You will demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to produce internal assets.
  • You will apply Generative AI solutions to automate routine HR tasks and solve practical challenges.
  • You will organise project timelines and coordinate with multiple partners to ensure the timely delivery of engagement activities.
  • You will write clear and concise communications for diverse audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all internal platforms.
