Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - You will support the Regional Marketing team in navigating the complex O2O (Online-to-Offline) landscape. This role is not just about coordination; it is about providing the data and insights that drive our 2026 growth roadmap.
- Competitive Benchmarking & Desktop Research: Actively track industry players. Monitor pricing strategies, delivery SLAs, and "Hero SKU" campaigns to identify gaps in our own strategy.
- Data Collection & Organization: Consolidate and clean regional data on order volume, GMV, and fulfillment performance. You will build and maintain the "source of truth" trackers that the team uses for executive reviews.
- Category & Scenario Mapping: Assist in the structural mapping of thousands of SKUs into our priority framework. You will help ensure our digital catalog perfectly matches real-world user triggers like "Emergency" or "Weekly Grocery Restock."
- Strategic Reporting: Support the creation of high-stakes PPT decks for regional leadership, translating raw research and data into clear, visual, and actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with Excel (data cleaning, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (ability to structure a logical, clean story).
- Quick Learner: Able to rapidly absorb new retail concepts and frameworks in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Resilience: A "can-do" attitude when faced with complex data or shifting priorities; you thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of building something new.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders across Southeast Asia and Brazil.
- Commitment: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Full-time interns (3-6 months) preferred.
