• Resolve Service Tickets
• Maintain High Time Utilization
• Meet SLAs
• Exercise Professional Development, Obtain/Maintain Certifications
• Support other technical team members

• 85% Time Utilization
• Accurate & Timely Ticket Notes Entry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
