Role Purpose

The position works under the People & Culture team to drive employer branding and people engagement initiatives that contribute to promoting HK Express’ unique culture and values propositions to both external candidates and internal employees through innovative digital social platforms, target events and championing projects such as engagement and recognition programmes.

• Provide end to end support people initiatives including employer brand, culture and engagement, people experience and wellness;
• Assist in event coordination, vendor sourcing, drafting internal and external communications;
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in in Communications, Media, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
• Passionate about all things related to People and Culture, with a strong growth mindset and proactive attitude;
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to details and well-organized;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese languages, with excellent creative writing ability;
• A good team player who is collaborative, creative and enjoys sharing ideas;
• Able to work for minimum 3 days per week is highly preferred;
• Photo/ video editing and creative visual productions skills are highly preferred.

Please note that with effect from 1 June 2022 onwards, all HK Express employees and contractors who work in Cathay House and all other Cathay Group Company premises in Hong Kong must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine. Being tested regularly for COVID-19 is not an option. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons.
