Responsibilities

As Workato expands its presence in Korea, the volume of operational tasks has grown significantly across content translation, outbound programs, and in-market events. Currently, these responsibilities from all marketing planning & execution to SDR outbound—are being handled by a single team member in-market. With more dedicated messaging and operational support, we believe Korea's growth can accelerate even further.

To sustain the growth of our Korea market and ensure high-quality execution, additional support is required. A Marketing Intern will support and enable the function by:

  • Accelerating localization of global campaigns and sales assets
  • Supporting increasing event demand through logistics, coordination, and execution
  • Enhancing prospecting effectiveness through research and list-building
  • Ensuring timely completion of operational and administrative tasks
  • Improving consistency and delivery across multiple marketing programs

This support allows the Marketing Manager to focus on higher-value work, strategic messaging, executive-level content, partner enablement, enterprise GTM planning, and cross-functional alignment while ensuring Korea initiatives scale effectively.

Workato Korea is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern (Korea) with strong attention to detail and a passion for learning. In this role, you will support the Korea team across content localization, event planning, research, and general marketing operations. This internship is ideal for someone who wants broad hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Content & Localization

    • Translate and localize global marketing and sales content into Korean

    • Adapt messaging to align with Workato Korea's tone, positioning, and strategic narrative

    • Assist in developing and managing marketing assets such as blog posts, customer stories, and sales one-pagers

  • Event Planning & Operations

    • Support planning and execution of Workato Korea events including seminars, webinars, and networking sessions

    • Assist with pre-event logistics, vendor coordination, and event operations

    • Help manage post-event follow-ups, documentation, and reporting

  • Research & General Support

    • Conduct prospect research and build email/contact lists

    • Perform market, competitor, and industry trend research

    • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team (e.g., scheduling, document organization)

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • University student or recent graduate (all majors welcome; Marketing/Business/Communications preferred)

  • Experience in content translation/localization is a plus

  • Prior exposure to event operations preferred

  • Strong research and information-gathering abilities

  • Must have native-level Korean as you will be interating with Korean speaking stakeholders daily

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office

  • Strong sense for translation quality and localized messaging
