Responsibilities

• Execute and contribute to research plans required for product development and GTM
• Pull reports and prepare data driven analysis and recommendations for the Sales and Marketing team
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative research
• Manage and organize information in consultation with product, sales, engineering, and marketing teams
• Responsible to secondary execute market research and work collaboratively with the product and the marketing team
• Compile data for decision making for the product and the marketing team
• Contribute to high level analysis on the industry, competitors, etc.
• Knowledge of CRMs like Engagebay, Hubspot, SFDC is a plus

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of experience in marketing/research or related field
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong handle on handling web analytics, search engines, and business research tools
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Adequate understanding of data collection procedures (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
