Join one of the most dynamic marketing teams as we build Grab to be SEA's most loved everyday-everything app! The team is responsible for anything and everything Social of Grab Philippines. From strategizing to ideating social and offline plans fit across different media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Offline Touchpoints. The team's goal is to spark talkability and maintain relevance in both of Grab's evergreen and campaign efforts while ensuring that everything is within social and offline best practices.

Get to know the Role

This role exists to help further improve Grab's Social Media and Offline touchpoints. We are seeking a creative and driven intern to join our team. In this role, you will be focusing on the following responsibilities:

  • Key PIC for building and executing Offline and Social plans for anything GrabUnlimited.

  • Support in improving Social Evergreen efforts, specifically TikTok content planning and Trendjacking ideations.


The Day-to-Day Activities


GrabUnlimited PIC for Offline and Social
1. For Offline

  • Oversee small to medium projects from end to end - ideating, strategizing, executing to post campaign analysis.

  • Provide support on large to extra large projects of the team.

2. For Social

  • Overseeing social campaigns from end to end - from strategizing to overseeing KOL selection, execution, implementing social calendar to analyzing social metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Co-building Social Evergreen
1. Support content planning for Grab’s TikTok Platforms
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions through trendspotting.

The Must-Haves

  • Up to date with the latest trends across social media platforms as well as familiarity with onground experiences across industries.

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing team and agencies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
