Internal Audit Specialist

• Supports the Head of Internal Audit to:
  • Taking in consideration the local regulation aspects to enhance the audit universe of the branch
  • Supports the HQ’s risk analysis to annual and 3 years audit plans

• Performing audit projects, inform about audit findings, clarify the expectations and evaluate action plans provided to improve operations
• Drafting Audit reports, ensuring audit processes comply with international and Group’s professional standards and properly documenting audit work performed
• Performing follow-Up on audit findings
• Support the Internal audit Manager performing special audit mainly promoted by Headquarters or Branch Management
• Consulting the Managers proactively on internal controls, compliance, safeguard of assets and process improvements
• Supports the Head of Internal Audit in preparing and giving periodical and ad-hoc reporting to Brand Management and Central Internal Audit function

• Experience in the banking business especially in the areas of internal or external audit (or directly related experience)
• Knowledge about local regulatory requirements and Internal Control related questions and financial products
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and team player skills
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
• Master Degree in Economics (or equivalent)
• CIA or comparable education would be an advantage
