Do you thrive on keeping things organized, moving smoothly, and seeing ideas turn into finished products? MAKE is looking for an organization-driven coordinator to support and evolve our internal brands, including Make Originals (MO’s).

In this role, you’ll own spreadsheets, timelines, and trackers, coordinate across teams, and ensure products move seamlessly from concept to the retail floor. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to excel at operational execution now and step into a creative leadership role that runs the full internal brand operation.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Track and coordinate projects, timelines, and artist collaborations

• Keep inventory, production, and wholesale processes organized and on track

• Maintain accurate product, vendor, and partner information

• Collaborate closely with production, retail, and internal teams to keep products, timelines, and information aligned

• Able to juggle multiple priorities and timelines with confidence

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
