Job Description Summary

We are looking for an Internal Communications & Advocacy Specialist to support our Social Business and employee advocacy programs for EMEA, with potential to scale into APAC. This role focuses on B2B Marketing, Internal Communications and Employee Advocacy (not B2C), working closely with Business Development, Marketing, and senior stakeholders to activate our people on social media (primarily LinkedIn) in a structured, compliant and impactful way.

The successful candidate will help design, run and optimise internal campaigns, trainings and content that enable our client-facing teams to use social media confidently and in line with brand, risk and regulatory guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop advocacy and internal comms expertise in a global, professional services environment.

About the Role:

Employee Advocacy & Social Selling Enablement

  • Support the roll-out and day-to-day management of our employee advocacy programme for EMEA (and later APAC), with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Curate, brief and distribute advocacy content for client-facing teams, aligned to priority sectors, markets and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, guidelines and simple how-to content for social selling and advocacy use.
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to employees on how to use advocacy tools and LinkedIn professionally and safely.

Internal Communications

  • Plan and deliver internal communications that promote advocacy, social selling and digital best practice (emails, intranet posts, guides, FAQs, short video scripts).
  • Partner with HR, Marketing and BD to align messages with broader people and commercial strategies.
  • Ensure all internal communication reflects our brand voice, values and risk guidelines.

Training, Adoption & Stakeholder Management

  • Design and facilitate virtual / in-person trainings, onboarding sessions and clinics for new and existing users.
  • Work closely with regional Marketing and BD leaders to understand their priorities and localise enablement materials accordingly.
  • Act as a key point of contact for questions from country marketing teams, business lines and senior advocates.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track adoption, engagement and performance metrics for advocacy and internal campaigns (e.g. active users, share rates, reach, engagement quality).
  • Prepare simple dashboards and reports for stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
  • Work with central teams to continuously improve content, targeting and enablement based on data.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in Internal Communications, B2B Marketing, Communications, Social Media, HR Communications, or similar roles (corporate, agency or non-profit).
  • Experience working in or supporting a corporate/B2B environment; familiarity with business stakeholders (Sales, BD, Senior Leaders) a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); able to simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with social media in a professional context; ideally including LinkedIn and/or social media management platforms.
  • Interest in learning about employee advocacy, social selling and how employees can represent a brand authentically.
  • Comfortable being trained on new tools and processes; proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in designing or delivering trainings, workshops or internal communications campaigns.
  • Background in professional services, B2B services, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting tools or CRM systems.
  • Experience in a regional or international role supporting multiple teams or countries.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; clear storytelling ability.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and seniorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving role.
  • Interest in digital trends, social media and B2B marketing.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated.
