Day to Day

The Team Lead in Client Development and Activation splits time between their clients and guiding their team.

Responsibilities

Hold one-on-ones and team meetings to effectively cascade information to their team
Monitor daily productivity and metrics, while identifying process gaps and risks and providing recommendations and solutions to management
Meet all assigned quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conversion targets and productivity standards set by the team
Ensure client retention by consistently delivering great client experiences and outcomes
Act as the point of contact for product and process questions from the team and management of critical issues, as well as act as the point of escalation for clients
Collaborate regularly with other Team Leads
Facilitate onboarding and mentorship for new hires, while developing and delivering training content for the continuous development of both new hires and experienced team members

Skills/Competencies

Demonstrate excellent communication, including the aptitude to effectively listen
Possessing a dedicated drive to educate, serve, and sell, while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in creating a sense of urgency and influencing clients and peers
Can work well under pressure, efficiently multitasking, and effectively prioritizing tasks
Well-versed at working in a changing environment, motivated to handle a high volume of calls each day resulting in positive client outcomes
Professional fluency in Dutch or Italian is required

Internal Eligibility
You must currently be a Senior Activation/Development/Optimization Specialist with at least 12 months in role
Must have completed at least 3 quarters as a Senior Activation/Development/Optimization Specialist with 100%+ achievement in Q1 '25, Q2 '25, and Q3 '25, and be currently pacing 100%+ for Q4 ’26.
This role is hybrid, reporting to the Dublin office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
SBS experience strongly preferred

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 47,000 - 71,000 EUR per year
