Internal Recruitment Manager - Part Time - Flexible

Xenon Building Technology Ltd is a leading electronic life safety and security systems supplier, delivering specialised services to customers across Ireland. We are currently seeking a part time Recruitment Manager to become a valuable member of our Carlow based team.

The Recruitment Manager will manage the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of all new employees in Xenon.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong organisational skills and display a team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in recruitment is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Targeting and sourcing of suitable candidates using Indeed, Linkedin and other platforms.
• Organising all aspects of the interview process including liaising with candidates and selection.
• Conducting initial interviews, both online and in-person.
• Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers.
• Draft contracts of employment/amendment letters/reference letters, etc.
• Maintain records and personnel files and update accordingly.
• Managing advertising, Sourcing and Reference Checks
• Building strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders, as well as building relationships with recruitment agencies.

Key Skills

• A passion for HR and working with people
• Recruitment experience in a fast-paced organisation
• Third level Degree in HR (advantageous)
• Strong MS Office skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic team player
• Ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of work

Salary is negotiable based on experience and the range quoted is based on a 20 hour work week.
The role is primarily office based although some flexibility may be available based on the candidate's fit for the role.

Pay: Up to €25,000.00 per year
