About the Role

Based at our Preston DC, you’ll support trade customers across Australia in a fast-paced high-responsibility role.

This is not a scripted call centre role - you’ll be interpreting parts, solving problems, and helping customers find the right suspension solutions.

You’ll work across a wide product range including replacement, performance, and 4WD suspension.

You’ll be on the front-line helping trade customers get the right parts, fast.

Description:
A Day in the Life:
A fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be constantly solving problems and keeping orders moving:

Start the day at 8am with inbound calls from workshops and dealers needing timely, accurate support

Switch between quoting parts, checking fitment and stock, and coordinating with warehouse and technical teams

Solve problems as they arise, learning new products and systems throughout the day

Balance multiple tasks while keeping orders moving smoothly

Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and technical teams

End the day with a clear understanding of what you’ve achieved and what’s next

This Role Suits Someone Who:
Has experience in internal sales, parts interpreting, or similar

Is confident and clear on the phone

Picks things up quickly and doesn’t need constant direction

Enjoys solving problems and figuring things out

Stays organised under pressure and keeps things moving

Takes ownership and follows things through
