Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive at our Swords location. The role involves creating quotations, lead generation, inside sales, customer service, whilst building sustainable relationships and trust with existing and new customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to existing customers and prospects exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Increase customers awareness across our full product offering, while understanding the customers’ business to best match their needs.
- Maintain, through the effective use of a follow up process, regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
- Track customer generation statistics
- Handle objection calls in a professional manner.
- Liaise between customers and sales representatives ensuring customers requirements are best met.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM systems.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with line manager.
Skills Required
- Strong and confident Telephone skills are a key requirement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Outstanding organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Approachable and friendly personality
- The ideal candidate will have telesales skills & excellent customer communication skills & would have relevant experience working in a similar role
Other
- Initial training and ongoing development from an experienced team member provided.
- Normal working hours: 9.00am -5.00pm Monday-Friday office based (no hybrid working options )
- Previous experience in CS/Admin/Telesales an advantage
