Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Sales & Quotes Specialist to support our leadership team and estimating function at our Woodbridge branch. This role focuses on preparing client proposals, supporting the sales process, and assisting with quote development and management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare professional proposals and service packages for both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the Owner and General Manager to gather information required for client presentations.
- Organize pricing, scope details, and supporting materials to ensure proposals are complete and accurate.
- Ensure all proposal documents are polished, well-structured, and aligned with company standards.
- Assist in preparing materials that support sales meetings and client presentations.
Quotes & Estimating Support:
- Support the Quotes Manager with the preparation and review of service quotes.
- Assist in building new quotes by compiling scope, pricing, and required documentation.
- Review existing quotes for accuracy, completeness, and follow-up opportunities.
- Help track quote progress, updates, and client responses.
- Maintain organized records of all quotes and related documentation.
Client & Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required job and pricing information.
- Communicate with clients as needed to clarify scope or provide supporting details.
- Ensure timely turnaround of proposals and quotes to support business development efforts.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals or quotes when required.
Administrative & Process Support:
- Maintain organized digital files for proposals, quotes, and supporting documents.
- Assist in improving templates, processes, and workflows related to quoting and proposals.
- Support leadership and operations teams with additional administrative tasks when needed.
- Help ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales support activities.
What You Bring:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience in sales support, quoting, estimating, or administrative coordination is preferre
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and present information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and clients, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Experience:
- sales and quoting: 1 year (preferred)
- business and administration support: 1 year (preferred)
