Endure Industries is a growing medical device company headquartered in Upstate New York. We manufacture and distribute products used by surgery centers, clinics, hospitals, and customers across the country. We work closely with international suppliers and oversee everything from product development to logistics, quality control, and customer support.

We’re building a more modern, transparent approach to healthcare sourcing - one where buyers can rely on clear pricing, dependable supply, and a smooth purchasing experience.

The Role (60% accounts, 40% growth)

We’re looking for someone sharp, friendly, and organized to join our team as an Internal Sales Rep / Client Account Manager.

In plain English, you’ll be the person our customers actually want to email - the one who answers quickly, solves problems, keeps orders moving, and makes the whole experience feel easy. You’ll work directly with surgery centers, clinics, hospitals, and distributor partners, and you’ll collaborate closely with our operations/logistics team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The rest of your time is centered around Sales (new leads). You will work on following up with inbound leads, re-engaging warm prospects, introducing new product lines, and helping turn “interested” into long-term customers. We don’t take a hard-sell approach. Instead, we focus on being consultative, relationship-driven, and thoughtful in how we support our clients.

What you’ll own

Customer accounts (primary focus):

  • Be the main point of contact for a set of customer accounts (day-to-day support + relationship building)
  • Send quotes, pricing, and product guidance in a way that feels helpful and confident
  • Help customers place orders, track shipments, and troubleshoot issues quickly
  • Coordinate internally with operations/logistics so customers always get accurate, clear updates
  • Keep accounts organized (notes, follow-ups, tracking) so nothing slips through

Sales & growth (secondary focus):

  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up consistently (without being pushy)
  • Reconnect with warm leads and past customers who might be ready to reorder
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and make thoughtful product recommendations
  • Help improve our outbound process (templates, follow-up sequences, tracking, messaging)
  • Share feedback from the market: what customers ask for, what pricing they expect, what competitors are doing

Who you are

  • You’re professional, but not stiff - you can build trust quickly
  • You genuinely like helping customers and you enjoy the “win” of closing new business
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented (SKUs, pricing, shipments, timelines matter here)
  • You can juggle multiple conversations at once and still follow through
  • You’re comfortable on email and phone, and you write clean, clear messages
  • (Bonus - not required) You’ve worked in inside sales, account management, customer success, or customer support (medical/healthcare is a plus, but not required)

Tools you’ll probably use

Google Sheets/Excel, email, CRM tools (HubSpot), and internal order/shipping systems. If you’ve used Shopify, Amazon, EDI, Fishbowl or distributor workflows - even better. If not, we’ll train you.
