Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to function-aligned local resources through regular coaching, mentoring, motivation, and performance management; manage and develop team members in stretch or rotational assignments, documenting their performance and progress
  • Manage capacity within team to meet deliverables timely and with quality; and creating resiliency plans on unexpected events
  • Make decisions guided by policies and established practices, with limited impact on company revenues and assets
  • Provide direction to reporting/solutions design, timelines, and deliverables
  • Optimize manual reports/intelligent solutions and constantly looking for ways to automate
  • Build user tools and intelligent solutions to empower end-users and drive business efficiency
  • Ensure data handling and processing within area of work adheres to strict controls and policies aligned to the firm’s expectations and GDPR’s
  • Establish a process and governance model that adheres to firmwide data processing policies
  • Establish a process model that ensures reporting/solutions deliverables are free of data quality issues
  • Create and handle change management process for solutions delivered
  • Apply innovative thinking and creative problem-solving to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, including coaching and effective delegation to empower team members and ensure efficient achievement of objectives
  • Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience with strong SQL; adept at leveraging AI tools to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights; proficiency with data visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in Alteryx and other automation tools; demonstrated ability to build user tools and intelligent solutions and to design and implement automation strategies with a strong understanding of systems architecture
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks using JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues, and senior management
  • Experience managing, coaching, and documenting the performance of team members in stretch or rotational roles
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and interface effectively with colleagues, other departments, and senior management, coordinating cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating potential scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions
  • Provide quality service to customers through continuous communication
