International Diy Itinerary Planner (R&D)

you will be responsible for assisting in the development and research of travel packages, with a focus on itinerary planning. While experience in traveling is optional, it is highly valued as it provides valuable insights into the preferences and needs of travelers. Your primary objective will be to curate enticing and well-structured travel packages that offer unique experiences to our customers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create travel packages, considering market trends, customer preferences, and destination highlights.
  • Conduct thorough research on various destinations, including attractions, accommodations, transportation options, local customs, and activities, to gather information necessary for package development.
  • Develop detailed itineraries for travel packages, ensuring they are well-organized, balanced, and offer a variety of activities and experiences.
  • Coordinate with vendors, such as hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators, to secure necessary arrangements for the packages.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective package offerings.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the travel and tourism sector to provide innovative and appealing package ideas.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and create packages that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of package details, including pricing, availability, and inclusions, using internal systems or databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns related to the packages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying package details, and resolving issues related to the packages.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

This includes promptly addressing last-minute changes and customization requests, offering emergency assistance during unforeseen circumstances, providing local recommendations, coordinating travel logistics, communicating effectively with clients, preparing travel documents, managing budgets, handling crisis situations, and collecting feedback to enhance future travel experiences. These tasks demand flexibility, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure seamless and personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and satisfaction.
