The purpose of this job:
The International Partnership Coordinator is primarily responsible for the support of enquiries with existing and new university partners.
This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries from universities and ensuring service levels and Connexions compliance is adhered to. The role will include working with relevant internal and external stakeholders with the aim to delivering exceptional partnership support.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience
- Previous sales and customer service delivery experience
- Solid knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry
- Understanding of the overseas student and workers market and/or exposure to the education/migration sector
- Familiarity with Bupa policy management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain strong time management performance
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Support enquiries f rom university clients of the International Partnership Team
- Meet required client service level expectations
- Build effective client stakeholder relationships to support Senior Partnership Manager
- Regularly seek feedback f rom Clients on Bupa service levels and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer or client issues
- Maintain knowledge of Bupa products and services
- Identify sales and service opportunities
- Ensure updated marketing materials are shared across client portfolio
- Ensure that the appropriate sales systems are kept up to date and follow due sales processes
- Support on-site activities for university partners, including orientations, seminars etc.
- Support Senior Partnership Manger with Connexions Maintenance and update
