We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Success Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. This offshore role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated.
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and other messaging platforms to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (social media managers, content creators, editors, and marketing teams) to ensure client requirements are executed accurately.
- Track client deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing tasks to ensure nothing is missed.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with internal teams to resolve them before they impact the client.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, feedback, and action items.
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing account management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client status, satisfaction, and performance.
- Help improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident and professional in client-facing communication, particularly via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Experience working with marketing, creative, or digital teams is a strong advantage.
Salary & Contract Details
- ₱60,000 PHP per month
- Full-time offshore role
