International Sales Representative

DACK Trading LLC is a U.S.-based physical commodity trading company sourcing and selling agricultural products across more than 60 markets worldwide. Our portfolio spans grains, pulses, animal feed and nutrition products, dairy, sugar, and nuts, with a buyer network reaching Latin America, Asia, and Europe. We are a lean, fast-moving team building out our New York sales operation, and we are looking for a driven International Sales Representative to grow our buyer base and own deals end to end.
This is a true sales role in physical trade — not paper or futures. You will be talking to real importers, distributors, and end users, quoting real cargo, and closing real shipments.

What you'll do:

- Prospect, qualify, and develop new buyers across international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, quoting, negotiation, contract, and follow-through to shipment and payment
- Build long-term relationships with importers and distributors in your assigned regions
- Work closely with our trading, logistics, and finance teams to price deals accurately and deliver on commitments
- Track your pipeline and report on activity and results against clear monthly targets

What we're looking for:
- Hunger to sell and a track record of hitting goals (commodity, food, ingredient, or B2B export sales experience is a strong plus)
- Comfort working international time zones and communicating across cultures
- Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish, Portuguese, or another second language is a meaningful advantage given our markets
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable — we run on clear targets, not micromanagement
- Familiarity with international trade documentation (BLs, incoterms, letters of credit) is a plus but can be taught to the right person
