International Ski & Snowboard Management Trainee

Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join us as International Ski & Snowboard Management Trainee. This structured pathway is designed to develop you into a professional ski or snowboard instructor while providing hands-on experience in customer service and sales.

Career Path:

As an International Ski & Snowboard Management Trainee, you will begin your journey as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) + Trainee Instructor, combining customer service with active sales responsibilities. Through progressive training and certification, you will advance to Certified Ski Instructor and eventually gain the opportunity to lead international ski tours as a Tour Leader.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a strong focus on sales and customer engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries about packages, courses programmes, equipment, and overseas ski trips.
• Assist in daily operations, and training support.
• Participate in instructor training, and mentorship.
• Deliver ski/snowboard lessons upon certification, ensuring safety and customised learning.
• Actively contribute to sales performance, including:
• Promoting and selling ski equipment, clothing, and accessories.
• Upselling course packages and overseas ski tour packages.
• Represent the academy as a snow sports ambassador, including outreach programmes and social media sharing.
• Continue professional development towards higher-level certifications.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about skiing, snowboarding, adventure, or sports.
• Physically fit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Committed to completing required training, certifications, and service bonds.
• Willing to participate in overseas training and examinations when required.
• Willing to work in Shift, Weekend and Public Holidays.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
