Job description
Our R&D department is developing advanced AI-driven tools for environmental radiation monitoring. The goal of this project is to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to perform smart and efficient analysis of gamma spectra obtained from environmental gamma probes, enabling automated nuclide identification and improved decision-making in radiation monitoring.
Your Main Tasks:
- Develop and apply AI/ML algorithms for gamma spectrum analysis.
- Implement and test intelligent models for nuclide identification.
- Analyze and interpret results to assess algorithm performance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists and data scientists.
- Document results and prepare demonstration materials or publications.
Profile
Your Profile:
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and practical experience applying AI methods (e.g., neural networks, pattern recognition, data classification).
- Advantageous: Knowledge of radiation physics, radioactivity, or gamma spectroscopy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-initiative and strong self-organization abilities.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Candidates with backgrounds in one or more of the following fields are encouraged to apply:

- Radiation Protection or Radiation Measurement
- Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Computer Science
