Work timing: 9 am to 12 noon (negotiable)

Work days: Monday to Friday

Story Bridge Enterprises Ltd is a Dublin-based trading house connecting scrap generators, smelters, refiners, and industrial consumers across global markets. We trade base metals — both as scrap and refined pure metal. Our suppliers and customers are based in Australia & India.

Who we are looking for:

Our 8 weeks internship is designed for high-potential students who are seeking to accelerate their learning curve by taking ownership of real responsibilities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration & Reporting: Prepare and maintain expense reports and track daily expenses to provide real-time visibility into the company's financial health to founders and external accounting partners.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Assist in researching and vetting new vendors, suppliers, or service providers (e.g., software tools, office supplies, legal services) and managing initial communications.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure leadership stays aligned.
  • Ad hoc tasks related to our business.

Starting from day one and for its full duration, you must be available in the Republic of Ireland. However, you have the freedom and flexibility to work from home.

Education & Preferred profile:

Second or Third year students enrolled in full-time undergraduate education, in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.

  • You must have full rights to work in Ireland.

Pay: €15.00 per hour
