DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
You will join Pirelli's Corporate Affairs & Governance function and deal with Corporate Law issues. The main activities are related to the management, organization and transcript of companies’ corporate bodies meetings (Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Statutory Auditors, Committees) of the group and the public parent company.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Managing the organization of all the Corporate Bodies (Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Statutory Auditors and Committees).
• Preparation of documents necessary for the conduct of corporate events.
Minutes all the meetings of the Corporate Bodies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s Degree in Law
• Excellent knowledge of English.
International mindset.
