YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

What You’ll Do
- Support the coordination of M&A processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal advisors).
- Perform financial analyses and valuations of potential acquisition or divestiture targets, including assessment of strategic rationale and financial impact.
- Conduct macroeconomic, sector and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and opportunity screening.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for senior management, executive committees and Board-level discussions.
- Support capital allocation activities and the monitoring of key entity-level performance indicators, ensuring effective and disciplined capital deployment (e.g. solvency ratio, RoE).
YOUR PROFILE
- Passionate about finance, with a strong interest in corporate finance and M&A transactions
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier business school, engineering school or university, with a specialization in finance
- Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial statements
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a demanding, international environment
