What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Core Banking System Projects : assist in the development, testing, and implementation of Core Banking System projects, gaining exposure to banking technology solutions

• Operational Support : support operational process analysis and optimisation to enable efficient day-to-day business operations

• System Support : work closely with the System Owner to manage, monitor, and optimise Global Wholesale Banking systems

• Data & Analysis Support : assist with business or system analysis, reporting, and visualisation to support operational insights

• Ad-hoc Projects : provide support on additional system, operational, or project-related initiatives as required

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the Operations Support & Systems team within Global Corporate Banking , working closely with operations, technology, and business stakeholders across the Bank. The team plays a key role in ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, providing you with exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a large banking environment.

Who you are

• An Undergraduate or Postgraduate student interested in banking operations, systems, or technology

• Curious, analytical, and attentive to detail

• Comfortable working with data, structured processes, and systems

• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks

• A clear communicator who works well with others and is open to learning
