Internship: Learning & Talent Development - Hr Coes

THE INTERNSHIP

You will have the chance to get to know the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment: our HR department in Milan is looking for a new intern to join the Learning, Talent Development and Employer Branding area. You will directly support the Talent Development Team in different activities aimed at enabling employees at all levels through learning and training programs, and promoting our culture of Openness, Respect & Opportunity– definitely something to learn every day!

Tasks & what you will be learning:

  • Support all the learning and training activities such as classes management, class schedule and planning.
  • Analyze internal customer needs at any level in the organization.
  • Design, deliver and monitor different learning initiatives.
  • Proactively research on new learning tools and programs.
  • Support the Talent Development Team in other different projects/activities as needed.
  • Support the organization, planning and operational management of career days, job fairs and university events.
  • Collaborate on employer branding activities, both internal and external, contributing to employer value proposition initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (or soon to be graduated), ideally in Work Psychology, Economics or Educational Sciences.
  • Experience in managing classroom trainings and/or development centers is highly appreciated.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent in English and Italian.
  • Attitude to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and out of the box thinker who challenges traditional methods.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about digital and innovative digital tools.
