Internship Store Manager

Description
Are you a motivated fashion-minded student interested in learning how a retail store is managed from the inside out? During this Store Manager Internship, you will be part of the daily operations on the shop floor and gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You will support the store team and develop the skills needed to help run a successful fashion store.
Duration
Full-time or part-time from February 2026 to July 2026.

Strong interest in retail, fashion, and store operations
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills
Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
Able to maintain structure and overview in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on mindset and eager to learn
Retail experience is an advantage, but not required
Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
Welcome customers and provide personal styling and product advice
Actively contribute to achieving store sales goals
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Handle in-store orders and returns efficiently
Store Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment
Assist with organizing and replenishing stock
Support with inventory checks and accurate stock registration
Ensure the store floor is tidy, structured, and visually appealing
Perform light administrative tasks such as maintaining sales and stock overviews
Visual Merchandising
Assist with styling the store according to brand guidelines
Optimise product presentation to stimulate sales
