About Us

Ludwig’s Original Tours is a young and growing tour company based in Amsterdam. We run everything from cultural walking tours to high-energy nightlife experiences, welcoming travelers from all over the world.

The Internship

This internship is ideal for an MBO Level 4 student in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field who wants hands-on experience in daily tourism operations.

You will work closely with our operations team and learn how tours are coordinated behind the scenes.

What You Will Learn & Do

  • Assist with daily scheduling and logistics planning
  • Support booking updates across platforms
  • Help coordinate communication with partner venues
  • Respond to guest inquiries before tours
  • Assist guides with schedules and updates
  • Monitor bookings and capacity changes
  • Support internal documentation and process improvements
  • Assist with general administrative tasks

You will gradually receive more responsibility as you grow into the role.

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in an MBO Level 4 program
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and structured mindset
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
  • Clear communication skills
  • Fluent in English (any other major European language proficiency is a plus)
  • Based in Amsterdam or nearby
