About the job:
Main learning topics:
- Place fiduciary orders and support execution workflows.
- Maintain order overview, reporting and online detection of potential “problems” / exceptions.
- Review and revise processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Prepare bond lists for Relationship Managers.
- Respond to emails and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics.
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
- IT affinity and strong interest in tools/automation (process improvement mindset).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting; VBA/macros are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
