Job Description & Summary

Our People & Organisation team covers the entire spectrum of HR consulting, dealing with all the issues relating to strategic and operational human resources management. Our tasks are diverse and exciting, involving anything from reward consulting and selecting as well as implementing HR cloud solutions to fundamental process changes. They can also involve questions of diversity and inclusion within the company, the entire reward and benefit strategy or making the workforce ready for the future (change and transformation management).

Your Impact

  • Support our clients to understand their current and future people and organisation needs,
  • Support the delivery of end-to-end projects, from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC team members.
  • Support on client engagements across a diverse range of people and organisation topics, e.g. diversity and inclusion, people sustainability, pay equity and transparency, talent attraction and retention through EVP, efficient HR operation and transformation .
  • Prepare client events to engage the Swiss market on topics relating to "Sustainable workforce"
  • Support business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Your Skill set

  • A bachelor or master's degree (in a field related to HR or organizational psychology a plus).
  • An excellent command of French and English. German is a plus.
  • Digitally versed and experienced in the use of technology and data.
  • Disciplined, highly analytical and a natural problem solver who challenges the status quo.
  • High emotional intelligence, with strong communication and relationship management skills
