Collins Aerospace is looking to hire Inventory Specialist who will be responsible to manage and assign cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain and expand existing site physical inventory exemptions.
This position is working on-site at Oakville facility, ON - Canada
What You Will Do
Manage and assign cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain and expand existing site physical inventory exemptions.
Ensure counts, reconciliation & postings are completed 100 percent each month.
Work with other support functions to complete investigations for any variances.
Perform annual ABC stratifications.
Manage and drive site WIP inventory and Aged WIP reduction with site support functions and Operations team.
Track daily and monthly inventory output includes updating daily reports and tier metrics.
Monitor, investigate and resolve work order material variances.
Improve processes and procedures for inventory reduction.
Support burndown of warranty repair items.
Lead the site inventory reduction initiatives.
Participate in CORE events including Kaizen, process mapping, DAISE and other related continuous improvement events
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically a university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience in using SAP is required.
Inventory Management experience in manufacturing industry.
Successful candidates must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in Data Analysis.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 78,000 CAD - 122,850 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
