Investment Strategy Intern

This internship offers hands-on exposure to business consulting, strategic planning, investment research, market analysis, and business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of projects, gaining practical experience in business strategy, financial markets, research, data analysis, and operational planning. This role is ideal for students or aspiring professionals who are interested in consulting, entrepreneurship, investments, and business growth.

1. Business Strategy & Advisory Support

• Contribute to strategic business projects, consulting engagements, and client-focused initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions to develop an understanding of business growth, corporate strategy, and decision-making processes.
• Gain exposure to consulting tools, analytical frameworks, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Perform market and industry research to support advisory projects and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, reports, and other business-related materials.

2. Investment Research & Market Intelligence

• Research financial markets, economic developments, industry movements, and investment-related topics using publicly available sources.
• Track macroeconomic trends, sector performance, and emerging opportunities across various markets.
• Analyse information gathered and translate findings into concise reports, presentations, newsletters, and educational materials.
• Support ongoing monitoring of market developments and identify trends relevant to business and investment decision-making.

3. Business Development & Marketing Support

• Assist with business growth initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and customer outreach efforts.
• Work alongside team members on marketing strategies and contribute ideas to improve engagement and campaign outcomes.
• Review campaign performance data and provide insights to enhance effectiveness and optimise results.
• Support the execution of promotional and branding activities across multiple channels.

4. Research, Data Analysis & Reporting

• Gather, organise, and evaluate business, marketing, and research-related data.
• Assist in monitoring key business metrics, project progress, and performance indicators.
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and summaries to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

5. Operations & Strategic Projects

• Provide support for operational initiatives and business expansion efforts across the organisation.
• Assist in projects relating to financial advisory services, mortgage consultancy, professional development programmes, and educational initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver value to clients.

Requirements

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
• Keen interest in business strategy, consulting, investment research, financial markets, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Capable of working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team setting.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
