Investor Intelligence Analyst - Data Analyst

Job purpose:

As a data analyst, you will have a fundamental understanding of the production processes and methodology to execute a Shareholder Identification Report in Australia.

This role involves assisting the operational lead with organizing and scheduling projects and the production of reports.

The responsibilities will include issuing disclosure requests, communicating with intermediaries during the disclosure outreach process, and conducting research and mapping of disclosure responses received from third parties as well as basic client admin.

Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Hands-on experience in preparing shareholder ID reports is required
• Prepare the end-to-end client shareholder ID reports, including data collection, analysis and final report generation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordination with global teams, providing status updates on all project stages
• Identifies a company’s Institutional shareholders through extensive research and analysis of information made available by the bank/broker community, investment manager community and publicly available documents, in accordance with the most detailed instructions, procedures and manuals
• Conduct a share registry analysis towards a multiple listed stock exchanges
• A keen eye for detail and judgement where mappings are not obvious or may need to be custom mapped.
• Self-motivated with a drive for results
• Good communication skills, including written and verbal with proven experience in liaising
