It Analyst Intern

Job Description

OT Growth Partners, a franchise ownership group of Orangetheory Fitness studios, is looking for an IT Analyst to intern with our team As an IT Analyst Intern, you will perform various duties related to asset auditing, equipment verification, data granularity improvement, ticket management, maintenance and troubleshooting of different IT systems, security camera connectivity auditing, password resets, group administration, and offboarding tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Below are the key responsibilities for the position:

• Conduct regular audits of IT assets
• Improve data granularity for IT systems and processes
• Respond to Freshservice tickets promptly and professionally
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the RingCentral telephony system
• Troubleshoot network issues related to Meraki and Ubiquiti networking equipment
• Audit and ensure proper connectivity of security cameras throughout the organization
• Assist end-users with password resets and account lockouts for Microsoft systems
• Manage and administer Google Groups
• Execute offboarding procedures for departing employees
• All other duties as assigned

This position is hourly and will be based in our office in Chapel Hill, NC; however, you will travel to studios across the state. If you are:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining various IT systems, including RingCentral, Meraki, Ubiquiti, and security camera systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and tools, including Active Directory and password management.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and group management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel to multiple studios weekly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
• A willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
