IT Development and Integration Summer Intern

New Plymouth

Are you a pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic student looking for work these summer holidays (Nov-Feb)?

We are specifically looking for a student to assist our IT Development and Integration team with various projects which could include co-ordinating testing and quality assurance work. You will liaise with business users / end users and elicit the user acceptance criteria, and with the assistance of the test lead create all the user acceptance scenarios, create the test execution plan and assist in test execution alongside the business users.

The student we are looking for will:

• Have a thirst for learning
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Possess effective communication skills both written and verbal and be a great listener
• Be self-motivated regardless of the task
• Enjoy working as part of a team but able to work autonomously
• Be willing to ask the business ’what happens if …’
