We’re looking for an IT Help Desk intern to:
- providing technical support to our users for all IT-related issues
- analyzing requisitions, incidents, and call records
- offering onsite physical IT support to business users
Your team
You’ll be working in the End User Support team in São Paulo. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all employees receive the technical support they need to perform their roles effectively. We focus on promoting innovation and driving technological improvements to enhance the overall user experience. Working closely with various departments, we strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Your expertise
- currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- basic understanding of IT principles
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work 30 hours per week onsite
- advanced proficiency in English is essential for this role
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
