It Junior Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a project-based role or a relevant internship is preferred.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of project management principles and
• methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Confluence,
• Bitbucket) is a plus.
• Certifications: The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is highly valued
• for entry-level roles as it demonstrates foundational knowledge. Other certifications,
• such as those from Google and IBM, are also excellent for those new to the field.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and
• presentations.
• Ensure all project tasks and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality
• standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews and assist in documenting lessons learned.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong Area and can start Asap.
