The IT Project Manager/Product Owner is responsible for defining product functional and technical design, prioritizing the backlog in cooperation with the Business Product Manager, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions. This role bridges product strategy and technical execution, working closely with Digital Engineering teams, Digital and Methods, Digital and Business Product Lead to deliver high-quality digital products that align with business goals. Additionally, she/he oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned ICT projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to Engineering, Design and Methods teams;
  • Together with the Business Product Manager, manage the product backlog or with the Business Project Manager the projects execution;
  • Coordinate with the assigned engineering team (external, internal, or mixed) to deliver features that meet customer and business needs;
  • Acts as an interface between the Product Manager and the Engineering team (external, internal, or mixed);
  • Validate delivered work to ensure acceptance criteria and quality standards;
  • Track tech performance metrics and KPIs and monitor digital product/project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation;
  • Define the technical skills required for product/project development, plan capacity and coordinate with the Digital Engineering team for resource allocation;
  • Develop documentation such as charters, scopes, risk assessments and status reports;
  • Participate in the selection of vendors and management of contracts;
  • Define the product/project budget and monitor its costs.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field;
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience managing IT products/projects for sales, marketing, service sector with good knowledge of related sales, marketing, service business processes;
  • Experience on CRM IT solutions implementation, customization and configuration (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc), with specific modules related to after sales/service management, sales and marketing processes;
  • Proficiency with project/product management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid);
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Experience using diagram/visualization tools (e.g. Miro, Figma or similar)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/Digital Products concurrently
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to travel, if required (up to 25%)
