Position: IT Support Engineer (Service Desk)

• Location: PhilPlans Corporate Center, BGC – Taguig
• Work Setup: 100% Onsite | Night Shift | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for international clients (US, EMEA, AUS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, printers, and basic network connectivity.
• Diagnose and support Windows 10/11 and other desktop applications.
• Handle user account management and security permissions via AD and O365.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets efficiently within SLAs.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with clients at all times.

What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year and 9 months of experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Proven experience supporting global clients in a professional environment.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPNs, printers, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and on a Night Shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
