Key Responsibilities

• Assist with first-line technical support for internal users, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Log and track support tickets, escalating as necessary to the IT team.
• Help set up new user accounts, devices, and software installations.
• Support the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues under supervision.

• Greet and manage visitors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Arrange couriers and ensure timely dispatch of packages.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office operations (e.g., filing, supplies ordering, photocopying).
• Support the coordination of meeting rooms and office events as needed.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polite, and approachable manner.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Reliability and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree level qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability to work 5 days per week in Dublin.
