MANUFACTURING LINE SUPPORT - Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment (track and stepper/scanner) failures, alarms, and SPC violation and determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved and through studying past cases. Implement corrective actions and more user-friendly tools, process specifications and clear procedures.

PROCESS SET-UP & OPTIMIZATIONS - Set-up process recipe of newly introduced processes or new process equipment or tools. Study the process window and robustness of the existing process, and provide the best fact-based process, product/process industrialization.

EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT - Manage equipment failure through Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Fault Detection Control (FDC). Provide analysis to identify specific equipment failure mode for the maintenance team to work. Perform appropriate equipment& process qualification after every maintenance intervention.

SAFETY – Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all company safety procedures.
