This includes the manufacturing of medium-power transformers, mobile transformers, mobile electrical substations, trailers, and unitized substations. We offer power transformers for utility applications including power and distribution, transmission voltages, system ties, and automatic voltage regulations, as well as industrial applications. Delta Star also provides comprehensive engineering, testing, maintenance services, and parts for any transformer manufacturer through our Field Service business unit, ensuring our customer's transformers and mobiles maintain peak performance.

Full-Time, On-site, Hourly position

Purpose

To take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of all office areas, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and break rooms and public areas.
• Cleans and maintains office buildings/facilities by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, walls, mirrors, windows,
• Sometimes lifting, moving or pushing heavy furniture, supplies, or equipment
• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed.
• Maintain and cleaning of housekeeping equipment.
• Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specific job orders.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop plant facilities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to work well under minimal supervision.

Capacity to take direction.

Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 Lbs.
