Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of commercial, industrial, or residential spaces through diligent cleaning and maintenance practices. This is a night time position.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure all areas are maintained in a safe, organized, and sanitary condition
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols during all cleaning activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work required; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy equipment or supplies
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines

• A working vehicle to get to work and from job site to job site is required , travel pay is provided.
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a level 2 background check with fingerprints- clean background is a requirement- no arrest records will be considered.
• Must be able to work nights

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
