Janitor/Custodian

According to our customers, we have the cleanest dealerships around, and we are very proud of them! We are looking for an experienced Janitor/Custodian that is able to work with little supervision and takes pride in a job well done!

Responsibilities:

• Keep entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition

• Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen areas

• Empty trash and garbage containers

• Perform exterior maintenance including snow removal, minor landscaping, window washing, painting, trash removal

• Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities

• Other cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred

• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties

• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve

• Reliable and punctual for daily work shift
