Janitorial Service - Cleaning Specialist – Luxury Automotive Showroom

Job Description

Empire FL Professional Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team at a high-end, luxury automotive dealership near the Millenia Mall. Location & Schedule

• Area: Luxury Car Showroom – Orlando (Millenia Mall Region).
• Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Hours: Night Shift (Specific hours to be discussed during the interview).

Compensation

• Training Period (3–5 days): $15.00/hour.
• After Hiring: $17.00 - $18.00/hour (Based on experience and job quality).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid Tax ID (SSN, ITIN, or EIN).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Extreme punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Languages: Must speak Spanish.
• Profile: High attention to detail (High-End standard), fast-paced worker, and proactive attitude.

Key Duties

• Showroom Excellence: Maintain the showroom floor, glass surfaces, and high-traffic areas to a spotless, "mirror-like" finish.
• Premium Sanitization: Clean executive offices, customer lounges, restrooms, and hallways with the highest hygiene standards.
• Surface Care: Expertly maintain floors, windows, and furniture using appropriate supplies for delicate and high-end materials.
• Facility Support: Report any maintenance needs and strictly follow the dealership’s security and safety protocols.
• Organization: Keep janitorial closets and carts organized, reflecting the professional image of the facility.
