Japanese Bilingual Technical Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Japanese Bilingual Technical Project Coordinators to support IT PMO initiatives. You will serve as the communication bridge between Japanese and Filipino stakeholders, ensuring accurate translation and effective coordination for project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate discussions, documents, and communications between Japanese and Filipino/English-speaking teams.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support to IT Project Managers.
• Track project progress, schedule meetings, and prepare reports.
• Assist in managing project documentation, resources, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• JLPT Certified (N1–N3) — able to read, write, and speak Japanese fluently.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Coordinator or Project Support (IT PMO).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
