1. The Leader (Producer & Strategist) This role is perfect for a strategic thinker eager to oversee and enhance the entire production process. You'll manage content strategy, lead a team of freelancers, and streamline our workflows for growth. As a natural leader, you’ll focus on systems, scalability, and the bigger picture.

2. The Executor (Creator & Editor) This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who shines in their craft. You’ll be our master storyteller, taking charge in the studio by filming, conducting interviews, and editing our episodes to the highest standards. Your passion for filmmaking will drive you to perfect your art.
